Karima Girls Fraternity this year held its First Ever annual Charity Walk. This was a students Welfare initiative program that started in July 2018 with the sole aim of helping students learn additional skills not programmed in the school routine, identify and deal with some life challenges such as bereavement, hospitalization of student, inadequate basic provisions and in extreme cases raise school fees. We have managed fairly well but with the economic challenges caused by COVID 19 and the ever rising costs of living, more students are falling in the bracket of needy thus making it difficult for the program to assist as necessary.

THE WALK covered a stretch of about 15 Km (From Engineer-Ndunyu Njeru to Karima Girls)

THE SUB-COUNTY DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION, MR. KIPALOI FLAGGED OFF THE EVENT and participated in the walk upto the end.

Major stakeholders, well wishers, allumni and co-oporates were well represented. The walk was culminated by speeches from the Guests at
